January 31, 2025: Cedarburg, WI 53012 The Slinger Owls (Slinger, WI) basketball were winner over the host Cedarburg Bulldogs (Cedarburg, WI), 70-57 in Friday's league bout.
The Owls now possess a 17-1 record. They play next when they host Prospect for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 1. Slinger will play a Knights team coming off a 70-35 league loss to Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL). The Knights record now stands at 10-13.
With the loss, Cedarburg falls to 8-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Whitefish Bay (Whitefish Bay, WI) to play the Blue Dukes in a North Shore bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Blue Dukes go into the bout with a record of 10-8. Whitefish Bay won 86-50 in their recent league bout against Grafton (Grafton, WI)
