The Locust Grove Wildcats basketball team scored 64 points and limited the visiting Woodland Wolfpack to 57 in the Wildcats league triumph on Friday.

The Wildcats now possess a 16-7 record. They play next when they travel to Eagle's Landing for a AAAA Region 2 game on Saturday, February 1. Locust Grove will play a Eagles team coming off a 77-74 league loss to Union Grove (McDonough, GA). The Eagles record now stands at 15-7.

With the loss, Woodland falls to 10-13 on the campaign. The Wolfpack host Union Grove (McDonough, GA) to play the Wolverines in a AAAA Region 2 game on Saturday, February 1.
