January 31, 2025: Laurel, MD 20707 The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the St. Frances Academy Panthers (Baltimore, MD) and the host Pallotti Panthers (Laurel, MD), observed St. Frances Academy's basketball team overwhelm Pallotti by a score of 83-42.
The Panthers (20-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount St. Joseph (Baltimore, MD). The Gaels come into the non-league challenge with a 15-9 record. In their last challenge, Mount St. Joseph was routed by Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD), 60-57, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers encounter the John Carroll Patriots (Bel Air, MD) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 3. Pallotti will attempt to improve on its 8-13 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 12-11 record after their 74-57 league loss to Glenelg Country (Ellicott City, MD).
