January 31, 2025: Falmouth, KY 41040 Pendleton County Wildcats (Falmouth, KY) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Nicholas County Bluejackets (Carlisle, KY), 56-44 in a league match.
With the victory, Pendleton County advances its record to 10-11 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Bellevue (Bellevue, KY) to meet the Tigers in a non-league match on Saturday, February 1. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 12-9. Bellevue won 64-48 in their recent non-league match against Beechwood (Fort Mitchell, KY)
The Bluejackets now own a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Madison Central for a non-league match on Saturday, February 1. Nicholas County will meet a Indians squad coming off a 52-14 league win over Berea (Berea, KY). The Indians record now stands at 20-0.
