The Central Rockets (Burlington, IL) basketball crushed the visiting McHenry Warriors (McHenry, IL), 73-30 in Wednesday's league test.

The Rockets (12-3) will now prepare for their test against Cary-Grove (Cary, IL). The Trojans go into the Fox Valley test with a 4-11 record. In their last test, Cary-Grove was trounced by Bartlett (Bartlett, IL), 83-56, in a non-league test.

The Warriors now own a 8-10 record. They play next when they travel to Dixon for a non-league test on Saturday, January 7. McHenry will encounter a Dukes & Duchesses squad coming off a 49-37 non-league win over South Beloit (South Beloit, IL). The Dukes & Duchesses record now stands at 11-6.
