Delaware High School Basketball - Laurel thwarts Indian River
January 5, 2023: Dagsboro, DE 19939 The Laurel Bulldogs (Laurel, DE) basketball knocked off the host Indian River Indians (Dagsboro, DE), 63-55 in Thursday's league test.
The Bulldogs (3-2) will now prepare for their test against St. Mark's (Wilmington, DE). The Spartans go into the non-league test with a 3-3 record. In their last test, St. Mark's went down by Newark (Newark, DE), 50-35, in a non-league test.
The Indians now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Delmar for a Henlopen - Southern test on Tuesday, January 10.
