The North Davidson Black Knights basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting Montgomery Central Timberwolves to 52 in the Black Knights non-league victory on Friday.

The Black Knights now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oak Grove for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. North Davidson will battle a Grizzlies team coming off a 58-30 non-league win over Asheboro (Asheboro, NC). The Grizzlies record now stands at 7-4.

The Timberwolves (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Ledford (Thomasville, NC). The Panthers come into the contest with a 3-8 record. In their last contest, Ledford was nudged by Central Davidson (Lexington, NC), 71-31, in a league contest.
