Presque Isle Wildcats (Presque Isle, ME) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Washington Academy Raiders (East Machias, ME), 47-30 in a league bout.

With the victory, Presque Isle upgrades its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Houlton (Houlton, ME) to play the Shiretowners in a bout on Wednesday, January 11. The Shiretowners come into the bout with a record of 2-2.
