Roosevelt Rough Riders (Sioux Falls, SD) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Rapid City Central Cobblers (Rapid City, SD), 55-50 in a league bout.

With the victory, Roosevelt upgrades its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Rough Riders travel to Lincoln (Sioux Falls, SD) to play the Patriots in a AA bout on Saturday, January 14. The Patriots come into the bout with a record of 4-1.

Next up, the Cobblers play the Sturgis Brown Scoopers (Sturgis, SD) in a AA bout, on Friday, January 13. Rapid City Central will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record.
