Nevada High School Basketball - South Tahoe nudges North Valleys

In Saturday's league outing, the South Tahoe Vikings (South Lake Tahoe, CA) basketball squad nipped the host North Valleys Panthers (Reno, NV), by a margin of 41-40.

The Vikings (4-10) will now prepare for their outing against Sage Ridge (Reno, NV). The Scorpions go into the non-league outing with a 2-8 record. In their last outing, Sage Ridge got by Coral Academy of Science - Reno (Reno, NV), 36-25, in a non-league outing.

The Panthers now own a 13-3 record. They play next when they travel to Truckee for a 3A Northern - West outing on Wednesday, January 11. North Valleys will clash with a Wolverines squad coming off a 43-34 league win over Hug (Reno, NV). The Wolverines record now stands at 4-11.
