Maine High School Basketball - Greater Houlton Christian Academy nips Orono
January 7, 2025: Orono, ME 04473 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Greater Houlton Christian Academy basketball team scored a close 54-47 win over the Orono Riots.
The (2-4) will now prepare for their contest against Old Town (Old Town, ME). The Coyotes come into the non-league contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Old Town was tipped by Mount Desert Island (Mount Desert, ME), 67-52, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Riots battle the Mount Desert Island Trojans (Mount Desert, ME) in a B North contest, on Saturday, January 11. Orono will attempt to better on its 6-4 season record. The Trojans come into the contest with a 6-3 record after their 67-52 league win over Old Town (Old Town, ME).
