With the victory, La Salle Institute advances its record to 5-2 on the year. The Cadets travel to Catholic Central (Troy, NY) to meet the Crusaders in a Section 2 Colonial - Patriot battle on Friday, January 10. The Crusaders enter the battle with a record of 4-4. Catholic Central lost 87-47 in their recent league battle against Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk (Ravena, NY)
The Flying Horses now own a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cohoes for a Section 2 Colonial - Patriot battle on Thursday, January 9. Troy will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 67-51 league loss to Voorheesville (Voorheesville, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 1-8.
