The Tri-Valley Warriors basketball team scored 67 points and limited the host Newhalen Malamutes to 32 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Warriors now possess a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Holy Rosary Academy for a non-league game on Thursday, January 9.

With the loss, Newhalen falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Malamutes travel to Tanalian (Port Alsworth, AK) to play the Lynx in a non-league game on Friday, January 10.
