October 1, 2024: Sitka, AK 99835 In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Sitka Wolves volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Mt. Edgecumbe Braves.
The Wolves (15-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Nome-Beltz (Nome, AK). The Nanooks come into the non-league challenge with a 10-6 record. In their last challenge, Nome-Beltz lost by Homer (Homer, AK), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Braves play the West Anchorage Eagles (Anchorage, AK) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 4. Mt. Edgecumbe will attempt to upgrade on its 4-13 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 12-15 record after their 3-2 league win over Bartlett (Anchorage, AK).
