October 10, 2023: Wilmington, IL 60481 Wilmington Wildcats (Wilmington, IL) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Lisle Lions (Lisle, IL), 2-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Wildcats battle the Peotone Blue Devils (Peotone, IL) in a Illinois Central Eight match, on Thursday, October 12. Wilmington will attempt to advance on its 19-6 season record. The Blue Devils come into the match with a 8-15 record after their 2-0 league loss to Reed-Custer (Braidwood, IL).

Both setters did their job with Ali Daniels putting up 9 assists, 3 digs, and an ace while Ashlyn Warriner had 8 assists and a dig. Aly Allgood led offensively with 5 attacks. Autumn Lancaster added another 2 attacks to go with her 6 aces and a block. Keeley Walsh led defensively with 14 digs.
