Texas High School Football - Mesquite knocked off by Cedar Hill

In Friday's league game, the Cedar Hill Longhorns (Cedar Hill, TX) football team overcame the host Mesquite Skeeters (Mesquite, TX), by a tally of 30-7.

In their next game, the Longhorns battle the Waxahachie Indians (Waxahachie, TX) in a 6A Region II District 11 game, on Friday, October 17. Cedar Hill will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Indians enter the game with a 4-1 record after their 56-20 league win over Horn (Mesquite, TX).

With the defeat, Mesquite drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Skeeters travel to Skyline (Dallas, TX) to clash with the Raiders in a 6A Region II District 11 outing on Friday, October 17. The Raiders come into the outing with a record of 0-5. Skyline lost 55-0 in their recent league outing against Lancaster (Lancaster, TX)
