The Harrisburg Bulldogs volleyball squad (Harrisburg, IL), dropped 2-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Murphysboro Red Devils (Murphysboro, IL)

With the win, Murphysboro improves its record to 12-10 on the season. The Red Devils travel to Carterville (Carterville, IL) to meet the Lions in a Southern Illinois River-to-River Ohio contest on Thursday, October 16. The Lions enter the contest with a record of 16-11. Carterville lost 2-0 in their recent league contest against Massac County (Metropolis, IL)

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Herrin Tigers (Herrin, IL) in a Southern Illinois River-to-River Ohio contest, on Thursday, October 16. Harrisburg will attempt to move on its 13-18 season record.
