The La Cueva Bears topped the visiting Farmington Scorpions volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Bears now have a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Eldorado for a test on Tuesday, October 18. La Cueva will confront a Golden Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 8-5.

The Scorpions (12-5) will now prepare for their test against Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM). The Panthers enter the non-league test with a 5-8 record. In their last test, Piedra Vista gained a win over Sandia (Albuquerque, NM), 2-0, in a non-league test.
