La Cueva Bears (Albuquerque, NM) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM), 2-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Bears battle the Farmington Scorpions (Farmington, NM) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, November 1. La Cueva will attempt to advance on its 15-2 season record. The Scorpions come into the match with a 13-9 record after their 2-1 league win over Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM).
