New Mexico High School Soccer - Deming knocks off Chaparral
October 15, 2022: Deming, NM 88030 Deming Wildcats (Deming, NM) fans were thrilled Saturday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Chaparral Lobos (Chaparral, NM), 4-1 in a league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats confront the Silver Fighting Colts (Silver City, NM) in a 4A District 3 challenge, on Tuesday, October 18. Deming will attempt to better on its 6-10 season record. The Fighting Colts enter the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 7-2 league loss to Santa Teresa (Santa Teresa, NM).
The Lobos now have a 5-10 record. They take the field next when they host Santa Teresa for a 4A District 3 challenge on Tuesday, October 18. Chaparral will confront a Desert Warriors team coming off a 7-2 league win over Silver (Silver City, NM). The Desert Warriors record now stands at 7-5.
