Massachusetts High School Volleyball - Central Catholic over Andover

The Central Catholic Raiders (Lawrence, MA) volleyball knocked off the host Andover Golden Warriors (Andover, MA), 3-1 in Wednesday's league battle.

With the win, Central Catholic improves its record to 16-2 on the season. The Raiders travel to Chelmsford (North Chelmsford, MA) to encounter the Lions in a Merrimack Valley I battle on Friday, October 17. The Lions go into the battle with a record of 17-0. Chelmsford won 3-1 in their recent league battle against Billerica Memorial (Billerica, MA)

The Golden Warriors now have a 13-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Newburyport for a non-league contest on Monday, October 20. Andover will meet a Clippers team coming off a 3-0 league win over Ipswich (Ipswich, MA). The Clippers record now stands at 15-4.
