Sherman Tide (Seth, WV) boosters left the game satisfied Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host St. Joseph Central Irish (Huntington, WV), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Sherman improves its record to 15-10 on the season. The Tide travel to Buffalo (Buffalo, WV) to face the Bison in a non-league test on Tuesday, October 22. The Bison go into the test with a record of 34-8.

The Irish now own a 16-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grace Christian for a non-league test on Thursday, October 17. St. Joseph Central will face a squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Covenant (Barboursville, WV). The record now stands at 11-6.
