The Cimarron-Memorial Spartans volleyball squad (Las Vegas, NV), was tipped 3-2 in Thursday's league contest with the visiting Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles (Las Vegas, NV)

The Eagles (15-8) will now prepare for their contest against Desert Pines (Las Vegas, NV). The Jaguars enter the 4A Southern - Desert contest with a 0-14 record. In their last contest, Desert Pines was tipped by Cheyenne (North Las Vegas, NV), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Spartans meet the Southeast Career Tech Roadrunners (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league battle, on Monday, October 20. Cimarron-Memorial will attempt to improve on its 18-15 season record. The Roadrunners go into the battle with a 20-11 record after their 3-2 league loss to Silverado (Las Vegas, NV).
