In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Somerset Sky Pointe Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Cimarron-Memorial Spartans.

The Eagles (9-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Desert Pines (Las Vegas, NV). The Jaguars come into the 4A Southern - Desert challenge with a 0-7 record. In their last challenge, Desert Pines lost by Cheyenne (North Las Vegas, NV), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Spartans play the Clark Chargers (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Cimarron-Memorial will attempt to upgrade on its 9-11 season record.
