In Tuesday's league contest, the Central Tigers (Little Rock, AR) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Jonesboro Hurricane (Jonesboro, AR), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Tigers battle the Nettleton Raiders (Jonesboro, AR) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 19. Central will attempt to better on its 17-8 season record. The Raiders go into the contest with a 11-17 record after their 3-2 league win over Greene County Tech (Paragould, AR).

With the loss, Jonesboro moves to 4-20 on the year. The Hurricane travel to Marion (Marion, AR) to battle the Patriots in a non-league contest on Thursday, October 19.
