Virginia High School Volleyball - The Covenant over New Covenant

October 17, 2024: Charlottesville, VA 22902

The The Covenant Eagles (Charlottesville, VA) volleyball knocked off the visiting New Covenant Gryphons (Lynchburg, VA), 3-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Eagles now possess a 19-1 record. They play next when they host Seton for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 22. The Covenant will clash with a Conquistadors team coming off a 3-2 league win over Immanuel Christian (Springfield, VA). The Conquistadors record now stands at 13-4.

With the loss, New Covenant drops to 14-6 on the campaign. The Gryphons travel to Carlisle (Axton, VA) to clash with the Chiefs in a VISAA Division 3 bout on Friday, October 18.
