Texas High School Volleyball - Lindale can't get by Canton

Canton Eagles (Canton, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Friday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Lindale Eagles (Lindale, TX), 3-2 in a league test.

With the win, Canton improves its record to 27-14 on the season. The Eagles host Athens (Athens, TX) to face the Hornets in a 4A Region II District 15 test on Tuesday, October 21. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 14-20.

The Eagles now own a 27-14 record. They play next when they travel to Longview for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, October 21. Lindale will meet a Lobos team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Tyler Legacy (Tyler, TX). The Lobos record now stands at 22-14.
