October 18, 2023: New Iberia, LA 70560 The Westgate Tigers volleyball team (New Iberia, LA), was dropped 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Westminster Christian Academy (Lafayette, LA)
The (7-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy (Youngsville, LA). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 8-18 record. In their last challenge, Acadiana Renaissance Charter Academy defeated Hanson Memorial (Franklin, LA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Tigers encounter the Comeaux Spartans (Lafayette, LA) in a challenge, on Thursday, October 19. Westgate will attempt to move on its 5-26 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 5-14 record after their 3-0 league loss to Teurlings Catholic (Lafayette, LA).
