September 2, 2023: New Iberia, LA 70560 Northwest Raiders (Opelousas, LA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Westgate Tigers (New Iberia, LA), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Raiders clash with the Covenant Christian Academy Lions (Houma, LA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, September 2. Northwest will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Lions come into the match with a 3-0 record after their 3-0 non-league win over East Jefferson (Metairie, LA).
With the loss, Westgate drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Tigers host Centerville (Centerville, LA) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league match on Saturday, September 2. The Bulldogs come into the match with a record of 2-0. Centerville won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Abbeville (Abbeville, LA)
