September 26, 2023: New Iberia, LA 70560 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Northwest Raiders (Opelousas, LA) and the host Westgate Tigers (New Iberia, LA), saw Northwest's volleyball squad beat Westgate by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Northwest upgrades its record to 5-9 on the year. The Raiders host Westgate (New Iberia, LA) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 5. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 4-17.
The Tigers now own a 4-16 record. They play next when they host Hanson Memorial for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 28.
