The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Muncy Indians (Muncy, PA) and the visiting Northwest Area Rangers (Shickshinny, PA), observed Muncy's football squad defeat Northwest Area by a count of 48-21.

The Indians now own a 8-0 record. They play next when they travel to Hughesville for a non-league contest on Friday, October 28. Muncy will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 16-10 non-league loss to South Williamsport (South Williamsport, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 4-5.
