North Carolina High School Volleyball - Millennium over Triad Math and Science Academy

October 3, 2023: Mount Airy, NC 27030

Millennium Lions (Mount Airy, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Triad Math and Science Academy Bengals (Greensboro, NC), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Lions clash with the Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC) in a Northwest Piedmont 1A match, on Wednesday, October 4. Millennium will attempt to advance on its 13-7 season record. The Cardinals come into the match with a 19-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Carver (Winston-Salem, NC).

With the loss, Triad Math and Science Academy drops to 4-11 on the campaign. The Bengals host Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC) to clash with the Falcons in a Northwest Piedmont 1A match on Thursday, October 5. The Falcons come into the match with a record of 15-3. Leadership Academy won 3-0 in their recent non-league match against Eastern Guilford (Gibsonville, NC)
