In Tuesday's league battle, the host Leadership Academy Falcons volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Triad Math and Science Academy Bengals.

The Falcons (7-1) will now prepare for their battle against Carver (Winston-Salem, NC). The Yellowjackets come into the Northwest Piedmont 1A battle with a 0-7 record. In their last battle, Carver went down by Piedmont Classical (Browns Summit, NC), 3-0, in a league battle.
