The Crown Point Bulldogs walloped the visiting La Porte Slicers football team by a score of 42-7 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Chesterton Trojans (Chesterton, IN) in a Duneland challenge, on Friday, October 10. Crown Point will attempt to improve on its 7-0 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 5-2 record after their 27-6 league win over Lake Central (St. John, IN).

With the defeat, La Porte drops to 2-5 on the campaign. The Slicers host Michigan City (Michigan City, IN) to clash with the Wolves in a Duneland test on Friday, October 10. The Wolves come into the test with a record of 5-2. Michigan City won 43-3 in their recent league test against Portage (Portage, IN)
