The Ravenwood Raptors football squad scored 28 points and limited the visiting Independence Eagles to 7 in the Raptors league triumph on Friday.

The Raptors now sport a 7-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Shelbyville Central for a 6A Region 6 test on Friday, October 17.

With the defeat, Independence drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Page (Franklin, TN) to meet the Patriots in a non-league test on Friday, October 17. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 6-0. Page won 40-0 in their recent league test against Lawson (Nashville, TN)
