The Memorial Mustangs (Houston, TX) volleyball knocked off the visiting Cypress Falls Eagles (Houston, TX), 3-1 in Friday's league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 22-10 record. They play next when they travel to Cypress Ridge for a 6A Region III District 17 bout on Tuesday, October 7. Memorial will clash with a Rams team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Cy-Fair (Cypress, TX). The Rams record now stands at 4-23.

With the loss, Cypress Falls falls to 11-25 on the year. The Eagles host Cypress Creek (Houston, TX) to battle the Cougars in a 6A Region III District 17 match on Tuesday, October 7.
