The St. Thomas More Sabers football squad scored 64 points and limited the visiting Blue Ridge Knights to 0 in the Sabers league triumph on Saturday.

The Sabers now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host St. Anne for a 8-Man East (8 Man) test on Saturday, October 11. St. Thomas More will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 54-12 league win over Unity Christian/Mt. Pulaski (Decatur, IL). The Cardinals record now stands at 5-1.

With the defeat, Blue Ridge drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Knights host Milford/Cissna Park (Milford, IL) to meet the Bearcats in a non-league test on Friday, October 10.
