October 5, 2024: Alexandria, AL 36250 The Alexandria Valley Cubs topped the visiting White Plains Wildcats volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Saturday's league game.
Next up, the Valley Cubs confront the Oxford Yellow Jackets (Oxford, AL) in a non-league game, on Monday, October 7. Alexandria will attempt to advance on its 34-13 season record. The Yellow Jackets go into the game with a 26-5 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Faith Christian (Anniston, AL).
The Wildcats (13-18) will now prepare for their game against Hokes Bluff (Hokes Bluff, AL). The Eagles go into the non-league game with a 5-17 record. In their last game, Hokes Bluff was dropped by Cherokee County (Centre, AL), 3-0, in a league game.
