October 7, 2024: Los Angeles, CA 90025 Fans at Monday's league contest between the Venice Gondoliers (Los Angeles, CA) and the host University Wildcats (Los Angeles, CA), observed Venice's volleyball team top University by a count of 3-0.
The Gondoliers (29-4) will now prepare for their contest against Fairfax (Los Angeles, CA). The Lions enter the Western contest with a 2-15 record. In their last contest, Fairfax was knocked off by Los Angeles (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Wildcats battle the Palisades Dolphins (Pacific Palisades, CA) in a Western contest, on Thursday, October 10. University will attempt to move on its 14-10 season record. The Dolphins enter the contest with a 22-10 record after their 3-0 league win over Hamilton (Los Angeles, CA).
