Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Chincoteague Ponies (Chincoteague, VA) and the visiting Rappahannock County (Washington, VA), saw Chincoteague's football team triumph over Rappahannock County by a final score of 38-6.

With the win, Chincoteague advances its record to 6-4 on the year. The Ponies travel to Greenbrier Christian Academy (Chesapeake, VA) to confront the Gators in a non-league match on Saturday, November 8. The Gators enter the match with a record of 6-5. Greenbrier Christian Academy won 37-0 in their recent non-league match against Kenston Forest (Blackstone, VA)
