Georgia High School Basketball - Dawson County tops Flowery Branch
November 15, 2022: Flowery Branch, GA 30542 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Dawson County Tigers (Dawsonville, GA) and the host Flowery Branch Falcons (Flowery Branch, GA), saw Dawson County's basketball squad knock off Flowery Branch by a count of 55-41.
With the victory, Dawson County upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Tigers host Fideles Christian (Cumming, GA) to play the Rangers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 19. The Rangers come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Fideles Christian won 53-26 in their recent non-league challenge against Trinity Prep (Loganville, GA)
Next up, the Falcons play the Franklin County Lions (Carnesville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, November 21. Flowery Branch will attempt to upgrade on its 0-2 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 55-50 non-league loss to Jackson County (Jefferson, GA).
