In Saturday's league test, the Sterling Raiders (Houston, TX) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Austin Mustangs (Houston, TX), by a score of 42-33.

Next, the Raiders encounter the Madison Marlins (Houston, TX) in a 5A Region III District 21 test, on Monday, November 18. Sterling will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Marlins come into the test with a 0-3 record after their 47-30 league loss to Austin (Houston, TX).
