North Carolina High School Basketball - UR Academy bests Cornerstone Christian Academy

The UR Academy Lions (Gastonia, NC) basketball toppled the visiting Cornerstone Christian Academy Crusaders (Statesville, NC), 62-44 in Friday's league bout.

The Lions now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they travel to Cornerstone Christian Academy for a CSAA bout on Tuesday, December 3.

With the loss, Cornerstone Christian Academy falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Victory Christian Academy (Gastonia, NC) to play the Patriots in a NCCSA A West Region 1 bout on Monday, November 25. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Victory Christian Academy won 47-37 in their recent league bout against Southview Christian (Statesville, NC)
