In Friday's non-league test, the New Castle Trojans (New Castle, IN) basketball squad trounced the visiting Muncie Central Bearcats (Muncie, IN), by a score of 43-21.

Next, the Trojans encounter the Frankton Eagles (Frankton, IN) in a non-league test, on Saturday, November 23. New Castle will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 2-3 record after their 53-45 non-league loss to Lapel (Lapel, IN).

The Bearcats (2-3) will now prepare for their test against Blackford (Hartford City, IN). The Bruins come into the non-league test with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Blackford was routed by Adams Central (Monroe, IN), 49-23, in a non-league test.
