In Friday's league test, the Greenfield-Central Cougars (Greenfield, IN) basketball squad trounced the host New Castle Trojans (New Castle, IN), by a score of 65-30.

Next, the Cougars encounter the Muncie Central Bearcats (Muncie, IN) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 21. Greenfield-Central will attempt to improve on its 14-5 season record. The Bearcats come into the test with a 7-10 record after their 41-25 non-league loss to Connersville (Connersville, IN).
