Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the visiting West Point Dragons (Avondale, AZ), 42-28 in a non-league game.

The Mountain Lions now have a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to North for a non-league outing on Tuesday, November 25. Mountain Ridge will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 85-37 non-league win over Thunderbird (Phoenix, AZ). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-0.

The Dragons (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Boulder Creek (Anthem, AZ). The Jaguars enter the non-league outing with a 1-0 record.
