In Tuesday's league test, the Liberty Lions (Peoria, AZ) basketball squad trounced the host Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions (Glendale, AZ), by a score of 54-28.

Next, the Lions encounter the Boulder Creek Jaguars (Anthem, AZ) in a 6A Desert Valley bout, on Tuesday, February 10. Liberty will attempt to move on its 12-11 season record.

With the loss, Mountain Ridge falls to 8-16 on the campaign. The Mountain lions host Boulder Creek (Anthem, AZ) to play the Jaguars in a 6A Desert Valley bout on Friday, February 6.
