The Independence Patriots basketball team scored 72 points and limited the host Thunderbird Titans to 68 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Monday.

The Patriots now possess a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Phoenix Christian for a non-league game on Tuesday, November 26. Independence will confront a Cougars team coming off a 74-67 non-league loss to Santa Paula (Santa Paula, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Thunderbird falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Titans travel to Mingus (Cottonwood, AZ) to confront the Marauders in a non-league game on Thursday, December 5. The Marauders go into the game with a record of 0-1.
