In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Sunrise Mountain Mustangs basketball team scored a close 51-50 victory over the Desert Mountain Wolves.

With the victory, Sunrise Mountain advances its record to 1-1 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Saguaro (Scottsdale, AZ) to battle the Sabercats in a non-league contest on Wednesday, November 26. The Sabercats go into the contest with a record of 0-3. Saguaro lost 73-21 in their recent non-league contest against Desert Mountain (Scottsdale, AZ)

In their next game, the Wolves battle the Centennial Coyotes (Peoria, AZ) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, November 26. Desert Mountain will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Coyotes enter the match with a 1-1 record after their 57-34 non-league loss to Horizon (Scottsdale, AZ).
