The Horizon Huskies basketball team scored 40 points and limited the host Desert Mountain Wolves to 31 in the Huskies league triumph on Friday.

The Huskies now possess a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Chaparral for a 5A East Sky outing on Tuesday, December 16. Horizon will clash with a Firebirds squad coming off a 53-52 league loss to Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, AZ). The Firebirds record now stands at 3-2.

The Wolves (6-5) will now prepare for their outing against Willow Canyon (Surprise, AZ). The Wildcats come into the non-league outing with a 4-1 record.
